Our delivery service explained
Please note that at present UK Woodcraft Ltd. delivers to London, Greater London and the Home Counties only. Please contact us for a delivery quote, if you need delivery outside these areas.
All flooring products are delivered in 3 to 7 working days:
- FREE delivery on orders over £300.00
- £30.00 + VAT delivery charge for orders up to £299.99
Doors and door accessories are delivered in up to two weeks time to London, Greater London, Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex:
- FREE delivery on orders over £1200.00. Some external doors come with FREE DELIVERY, please check the detailed product page.
- £30.00 + VAT delivery charge for orders from £600.00 to £1199.99
- £50.00 + VAT delivery charge for orders up to £599.99
The above prices exclude VAT. We will advise you at the time of order whenever possible of approximate delivery lead-times. We will also contact you to confirm despatch of goods. If there is any problem with the delivery of your goods, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative options.
We deliver to the 'kerb side' due to insurance and safety guidelines so please arrange for adequate help for unloading the goods at the delivery point. As our goods are usually delivered on a lorry or a van it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If it is likely there will be a problem such as if road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction, it is within a Red route or there are time zone restrictions, please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options and routes.
Deliveries are made between approximately 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. Unfortunately requests for estimated time of delivery are at the courier’s discretion. If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not home, or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred by us for redelivery.
We will make any endeavour to ensure good delivery service levels are maintained. However, we currently work with third party couriers and very occasionally damage may occur during the transportation of your goods for which we apologise in advance. It is important for you to check and sign for your order at delivery point and time. If you are unfortunate to receive damaged goods or there are missing item(s), please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. We also recommend that you contact us direct as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses. Having this in mind, it is advisable for you to wait until goods have been received and checked before booking an installer.
Where goods are refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return, we reserve the right to pass on any carriage charges that we incur in returning the goods to us.
We also reserve the right to deliver the goods in instalments and each instalment is treated as separate contract.
