Cancellation and Returns Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please contact us to get a Return Request Number and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods immediately on receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 30 days of cancellation. We do reserve the right to refuse part order returns.
If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition. The goods must be packaged adequately for protection against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. The goods must be as fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. We will then refund the order in full less any expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. The expenses incurred include any delivery costs which we have paid to the delivery company to deliver your goods whether we have charged you for it or not (i.e. your original order qualified for a free delivery). Deliveries are calculated by weight and delivery location.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Request Number which you could get by contacting us. The goods are to be returned to the following address:
