We are a small construction company. Our property maintenance business is dedicated to offering you products and services of the highest quality. We supply laminate flooring, engineered wood flooring and solid wood flooring to all mainland UK addresses and offer supply of wooden doors and our floor fitting, door fitting, kitchen installation, bathroom installation, carpentry, joinery, painting and decoration, and property maintenance and repair services to all post codes in London and the Home Counties.

Floors – here you will find our wide range of flooring materials of varied make and design as well as our floor related services, from what floor will be best for your requirements to what we can do to make your floor wishes come true. We do floor fitting of solid wood flooring, engineered wood flooring,laminated flooring, vinyl flooring as well as renovating of old wood flooring. To find out more please click here.

Floor accessories - for your new floor to be fitted properly and to look perfectly finished you will need some auxiliary materials such as underlay, scotia beading, skirting board, stair profiles, pipe roses, door plates, glue, sealant. When choosing your flooring, you will be able to find all the floor accessories you need under the Related products tab.

Doors – where you will find detailed description of our fine quality doors as well as some useful information as to technical terms, material, and the differences between the door types. Please note that all our doors are unfinished and we recommend that they should be sealed (painted, varnished, stained) immediately after installation in order to protect them from soiling and swelling. Internal doors – they are designed for interior use and therefore are lighter (except for the firecheck doors) and thinner than the external doors, which by no means compromises their quality. If you want to see the whole range of internal doors, please click here.

External Doors – these are solidly built doors constructed to make your home more secure and weather insulated. They are at least 40 mm thick and have mortice and tenon joints for lasting durability and solidity. The external doors should be properly sealed for weather-resistance.

Kitchen installation - our working hours are NOT from 9am till 4pm. We will do the job quickly, professionally and reliably.

Bathroom installation - job will be done on time, to budget and to specifications.
